These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the super7 platform at super7.bio. By registering an account or accessing any service on super7, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

01.General Terms

02.Account Registration & Eligibility

Registration is subject to the eligibility criteria set out in this section. super7 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

03.Deposits & Withdrawals

- All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an exception is approved by super7 support.
- super7 does not charge deposit fees. Payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside super7's control.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending the submission of required KYC documentation.
- super7 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.
- Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal of the bonus or associated winnings can be processed.
04.Bonuses & Promotions

05.User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the super7 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to every registered user without exception. Breach of any of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and/or permanent closure of your account.
Your Obligations

- Notify super7 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensure that all personal information stored on your account remains accurate and up to date.

Prohibited Conduct

06.Intellectual Property
All content on the super7 Platform — including but not limited to the super7 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, icons, game interfaces, video streams, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of super7 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other game studios). All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in the Platform or its content.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content without super7's express written permission.

07.Limitation of Liability
The super7 Platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While super7 makes every reasonable effort to maintain Platform availability, uptime, and game integrity, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency patches, third-party provider outages, and network infrastructure issues may affect Platform availability from time to time.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, super7 expressly excludes all liability for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, or winnings arising from Platform downtime, game errors, connectivity failures, or interruptions to betting markets.

08.Account Closure & Suspension
super7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where super7 has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur. Players may also request the voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting super7 support.

- Provision of false or misleading registration information
- Operation of duplicate accounts
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
- Use of automated or non-human tools to interact with the Platform
- Abusive behaviour toward support staff or other users
- Failure to complete KYC documentation within a required timeframe
- Self-exclusion — active self-exclusion automatically suspends account access
Voluntary Closure & Balance Handling
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact super7 support via live chat or email. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard identity verification checks.
Upon account closure, whether voluntary or enforced, your access to the Platform will be terminated. Transaction history and account records are retained by super7 in accordance with our data retention obligations as described in the Privacy Policy.
